blog: bring back the github.io flow (gh-pages.yml + freeze + mp4s) Operator wants two independent CI lanes: - GitHub Actions builds the github.io site (frozen render, self-contained). - Spindle builds the tngl.sh site (live render via R2). No deps on each other. Both workflows live in the repo, each fires on push. Restores .github/workflows/{gh-pages.yml,freeze.yml} and the committed _freeze/ca-in-julia/ + content/posts/ca-in-julia/*.mp4 that the retire commit (da68389) had over-deleted. Spindle's flow stays freeze-free.
