feat(blog): pre-freeze gh-pages.yml — github.io renders LIVE via julia-actions Operator: 'we don't need freeze on github too'. Restores the pre-freeze .github/workflows/gh-pages.yml (live julia render on GH Actions, before the freeze-split scaffolding fb831a1 was introduced) and re-removes the freeze bits (freeze.yml + committed _freeze/ca-in-julia + mp4s). Now both lanes are freeze-free + fully independent: - GH Actions builds github.io via setup-julia + xvfb-run julia + quarto. - Spindle builds tngl.sh via the cached R2 depot+render-env. No deps between them.
