fix(rust/systemd): Remove double-close of socket fds in close_all and open_all cleanup Socket close methods manually called close_raw_fd(rawfd), but the fd is also closed by the OwnedFd wrapper's Drop impl when the Box<dyn AsRawFd> goes out of scope. This double-close could close an unrelated fd that reused the same number between the two closes, potentially causing socket or file descriptor leaks in other subsystems.
