fix(rust/systemd): RestartMode default + stop propagation fix + OpenFile= directive This bundles three related changes that together unblock the 23-UNIT-FILE.success-failure test and progress 23-UNIT-FILE.openfile: 1. Default RestartMode from Direct to Normal (matching upstream systemd). In Direct, OnFailure= never fires on restart. Normal fires it, which the success-failure test requires. 2. Limit RestartMode=normal stop propagation to bound_by (BindsTo=) units. Previously also propagated to required_by/part_of_by, which cascaded restart failures up the graph and broke boot. 3. Implement OpenFile= directive: - Parse PATH:IDENTIFIER:OPTIONS with \xHH hex escapes - Options: read-only, append, truncate, graceful, socket - Pass opened fds via LISTEN_FDS/LISTEN_FDNAMES alongside sockets/FDSTORE - UNIX socket connect mode - systemctl show -p OpenFile output - systemd-run -p OpenFile= transient unit property Signed-off-by: Niclas Overby <niclas@overby.me>
