style: Format tree with nix fmt Bring the 55 files that checks.formatting flagged into compliance with the formatters added in the previous commit. The devenv git-hooks only run on changed files, so these had drifted; alejandra --check and cargo fmt --check flag the same files independently. No behaviour change: rustfmt, alejandra, rumdl, biome, tombi and mojo format only. Signed-off-by: Niclas Overby <niclas@overby.me>
