fix: MAX_PITCH = FRAC_PI_2 for true top-down orthographic view

fix: MAX_PITCH = FRAC_PI_2 for true top-down orthographic view The previous value of 1.5 (≈86°) prevented the camera from reaching a true 90° pitch for the Top orthographic view. With the Z-up fallback in view_matrix() there's no gimbal lock risk, so FRAC_PI_2 is safe. Also includes all uncommitted multiviewport refinements.
