Move `KwargParser` to the private _utils module This class was private anyway, but by moving it to the other module we can remove the last use of `galgebra.utils`.

cached_property.py

Add a cached_property implentation We have a lot of attributes in galgebra that are cached in inconsistent ways. Future commits will use this unified way to spell them. We use `_utils` instead of `utils` so that this does not become public API.

Remove global mutable state from `galgebra._utils.parser` (#306) This state is just an artefact of the weird two-stage printer API, and isn't part of the parsing at all.

Move the backport of sympy.Printable into its own file (#446) Since this is a temporary solution until we drop sympy 1.6, putting it in its own file keeps it isolated.
