appview: remove validator - RBAC should be enforced on service logic. - We should not check for referenced records existence from db due to the nature of atproto. - Comment depth validation is not necessary. appview: unified comment fragments/handlers share as much handlers/fragments as possible. PR has still `/.../comment` endpoint to serve comment form htmx fragment. Due to how it is designed. Signed-off-by: Seongmin Lee <git@boltless.me>
