deploy/cloudflare: add D1 cross-store kill-test classifier + harness

aerie-entrypoint
deploy/cloudflare: add D1 cross-store kill-test classifier + harness Add a pure-Go killtest.Classify core that maps observed cross-store state to idempotent-retry, repair-on-next-call, or documented-orphan. Cover the create-repo and push-event seams with named fixtures. Add a thin stdin-JSON classifier CLI so the shell harness has a single source of truth and does not duplicate classification rules in bash. Add d1-killtest.sh as a capture-only live procedure: operators induce SIGKILL manually at the documented seam, then the script captures D1, git, and event state and shells out to the classifier. The live pass remains VPE-direct. Patch category: aerie-distribution Signed-off-by: Jer Miller <jer@solpbc.org>
