aerie-entrypoint: skip R2 DB restore/checkpoint/upload in D1 mode When KNOT_SERVER_DB_BACKEND=d1, the knot database lives in D1 rather than the R2 snapshot managed by PID 1. Skip the DB restore path on startup and skip checkpoint/read/upload on shutdown in that mode, while still preparing the repo scan path, mounting tigrisfs, and running the knot process. Keep the SIGTERM to timeout to SIGKILL escape hatch for both modes. Promote shutdownWait to Entrypoint state so tests can exercise the timeout path without waiting for the production 60 second default. deploy/cloudflare: add D1 cross-store kill-test classifier + harness Add a pure-Go killtest.Classify core that maps observed cross-store state to idempotent-retry, repair-on-next-call, or documented-orphan. Cover the create-repo and push-event seams with named fixtures. Add a thin stdin-JSON classifier CLI so the shell harness has a single source of truth and does not duplicate classification rules in bash. Add d1-killtest.sh as a capture-only live procedure: operators induce SIGKILL manually at the documented seam, then the script captures D1, git, and event state and shells out to the classifier.
