Added the new Backbone Models (and an .htaccess file) For checking the new models, I inserted into js/src/app.js a line that says: window.Muscle = new Muscle({...}); so we could check if it works via the Chrome developer tools, just by saying in the console:

Fixed the REST api: PUT is for update, POST is for new stuff. Also fixed the ORM: all the tables now contain unique ID, for easy backbone support
