feat: add knot hosting page and Sequoia blog subscription integration Add new /knot endpoint serving a styled landing page for the Tangled knot ATProto git hosting service. The page features responsive design with animated status indicators, environment-specific content (HTML/plain text), and links to the knot service and Tangled profile. Integrate Sequoia blog subscription widget throughout the site: - Add Subscribe component for the blog page footer - Create sequoia-subscribe Web Component with full styling and AT Protocol publication integration - Migrate sequoia-comments from JavaScript to TypeScript - Update custom elements type definitions Also improves blog post display with enhanced featured component styling and updates publishing-to-the-atmosphere blog post metadata.
