feat: initial public release of Pact Public release of the Pact container-orchestration toolkit. Private and host-specific material is excluded from version control and kept locally via .git/info/exclude: - .scratch/ (local issue tracking) - docs/ (ADRs, agent operating guide) - CONTEXT.md, AGENTS.md (project glossary and agent entry point) - servers/<host>/ (real host bootstrap/configure playbooks) servers/alma-linux-9/ is committed as a generic, scrubbed host template (no real IP, hostname, or location) replacing the host-specific example. .env is ignored at the repo root and per-app; only .env.example templates are tracked (no real .env files were ever committed).
