Provide these PNG assets (referenced by AppxManifest.xml):

StoreLogo.png (50x50)
Square150x150Logo.png (150x150)
Square44x44Logo.png (44x44)

They are generated from icon1.ico by MakeAssets.ps1 (run once). Placeholder solid-color PNGs of the right sizes are acceptable for local testing.
