Harden the NMEA parser tests: real resync vector, digit cap, reset coverage The resync test's string literal truncated at an embedded NUL, so only a single 0xFF byte was ever fed and the mid-sentence '$' resync branch went untested; the explicit-length ctor now feeds the full 20-byte garbage + truncated-RMC prefix before a valid ZDA. parseUint gains a nine-digit cap so oversized fields (e.g. a 2^32+2026 ZDA year) cannot wrap uint32_t into the accepted range, and TimeParser::reset() is now covered: fix cleared and a half-fed sentence before reset cannot corrupt the next one.
