Add datasheet-complete AXP192 register map table
Clone the axp2101_regmap.h introspection pattern for the AXP192 PMIC
(M5StickC Plus1, M5Stack Core2 v1.3): 104 descriptor registers covering
status/data-buffer, DCDC/LDO output+voltage setters, VBUS/power-off/charger/
PEK config, all four+one IRQ enable and W1C status banks, the ADC data block
(internal temp, TS, GPIO, 24-bit battery power, VBAT, currents, APS), ADC/
timer/over-temp control, GPIO/PWM, and the 32-bit coulomb counters. Critical
flags gate rail enables, voltage setters, charger, power-off, VBUS/VHOLD,
timer and coulomb-counter control against the introspection write blocklist.
Register/bit layouts cross-checked against the X-Powers AXP192 datasheet,
XPowersLib, and M5Unified. Register the table in Axp192::begin() on probe
success, add the native validator/anchor/critical/W1C test suite, allowlist
the N_OE / EXTEN datasheet pin names in the typos gate.
