Rename to phonometry (3.0.0): new identity, Python 3.13 floor, transition stub (#73) * feat!: rename PyOctaveBand to phonometry, require Python 3.13 BREAKING CHANGE: the package is now 'phonometry' (pip install phonometry, import phonometry). The API is unchanged; renaming the import is a complete migration. Python floor raised from 3.11 to 3.13; CI covers 3.13/3.14 and the 3.15 prerelease (experimental, ubuntu only). Migration support: - stub/: transition package PyOctaveBand 2.1.0 that depends on phonometry and re-exports the API under the legacy pyoctaveband name with a DeprecationWarning (published via the manual publish-stub workflow) - locked pyoctaveband-v2 branch preserves the last pre-rename state - README/CITATION/.zenodo.json note 'formerly PyOctaveBand' - SonarCloud project key kept (immutable); repo URLs switch to jmrplens/phonometry (GitHub redirects cover the old links) - site: new base /phonometry, regenerated og-image and llms.txt Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_013kkVt3nxi9svp1an28uHxf * fix: address rename PR review feedback - stub: FutureWarning instead of DeprecationWarning (visible by default, so users of the old name actually see the migration notice) - manual_verify_install: pass inputs.version through an env var (shell injection) and force bash for cross-OS env expansion - publish-stub: persist-credentials: false on checkout - drop Python 3.15 from CI and classifiers until it has a stable release Claude-Session: https://claude.ai/code/session_013kkVt3nxi9svp1an28uHxf
