feat: add Fail2ban and UFW metrics scripts and services - Introduced fail2ban-metrics.sh and its corresponding service to collect and expose Fail2ban metrics for Prometheus. - Added a timer to run the Fail2ban metrics script every minute. - Created ufw-metrics.sh and its service to gather UFW metrics for Prometheus. - Both scripts write metrics to the node_exporter textfile collector directory.
