fix(home-manager): stop reconstructing homeDirectory from $USER, read $HOME directly hosts/ubuntu, hosts/fedora, and hosts/pi-nas each independently rebuilt home.username/homeDirectory from $USER, duplicating what home/default.nix already computed. Under pure flake evaluation both silently fell back to a hardcoded "jenc" default, which only ever matched reality by coincidence — broke on a Lima guest account named jenc.guest. Centralize the computation in home/default.nix, reading $HOME directly, and require --impure consistently (setup.sh's steady-state home-manager switch calls were missing it, which would have silently reintroduced the bug after first bootstrap). Also adds a sandbox homeConfiguration (aarch64-linux + hosts/ubuntu) for isolated Lima VM sandboxes, and setup.sh first-time-bootstrap handling for hosts where home-manager isn't on PATH yet.
