refactor: reorganize modules/config/scripts layout Move raw dotfile payloads out of modules/<tool>/.config into a top-level config/<tool>/ tree, and flatten per-tool module dirs into modules/<name>.nix (keeping headroom/, sandbox-repo/, tailscale/ which bundle scripts). Retire common/ and macos/: input-remapper moves to hosts/fedora, ssh to hosts/mac-jenc, docker config to config/docker/ (deployed by new modules/docker.nix). Move home/scripts/ to scripts/. Update all path refs (home.file/xdg.configFile sources, builtins.readFile, activation symlink targets, flake checks) and the AGENTS.md/README.md trees. Also fix a pre-existing trailing-comma JSON error in cursor settings.json that the darwin build now surfaces.
