Remove stale stow directories These directories are now Nix-managed via Home Manager modules: - bash, direnv, gh, home-manager, op, ssh, tmux, vim, wezterm Retained: common/opencode and common/nvim (still referenced by Nix modules) Also removed agents from stow COMMON array.
