feat: at.functions.discover endpoint backed by AT Search + fix prod build GET /xrpc/at.functions.discover queries AT Search with a type:at.functions.metadata filter (ATSEARCH_QUERY_URL) so functions are discoverable network-wide server-side, matching the browser UI's direct AT Search integration. Build now copies the .mjs workers into dist so node dist/server.js (and the Docker api target) can run host-v1 and component-v1. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
