eio-net: batch connected datagram frames Add a Unix frame adapter for connected datagram descriptors. On Darwin it weak-links the multi-message sendmsg_x and recvmsg_x entry points; other systems preserve ordering with portable per-datagram fallbacks. Keep batching in the generic frame-channel interface so device adapters can amortise edge syscalls without leaking that policy into protocol cores.
