dhcp-eio: add a UDP DHCP client over Eio Now that the DORA client speaks DHCP messages rather than Ethernet frames, a host DHCP client is a byte shuttle: encode with Codec, send on a datagram socket, feed replies back to Client.incoming. It lands as its own opam package so the core dhcp library still links no eio, the way ssh and ssh-eio split. Eio 1.3 exposes no SO_BROADCAST on its datagram socket, so the socket is built with Unix and handed over with Eio_unix.Net.import_socket_datagram. The test drives the client against the in-tree server over real loopback sockets. Adding a second package to the project makes the test and fuzz stanzas name theirs.
