development#

  1. copy the .env.example file to .env and set the variables:
cp .env.example .env

required:

  • TMDB_API_KEY (get one here)
  • NYX_PASSWORD (can be generated on unix systems with openssl rand -base64 32)
  • BACKEND_URL (the url of the backend server)
  1. install the dependencies:
npm install
  1. run the development server:
npm run dev
  1. open the browser and go to localhost:5173
