feat: add automatic upgrades with GitHub Actions (#35) * feat: add automatic upgrades with GitHub Actions - GitHub Actions workflow runs nix flake update daily at 04:00 UTC and creates a PR with the updated flake.lock for review before merging - NixOS auto-upgrade module wraps system.autoUpgrade so hosts pull from the merged main branch daily at 05:00 with --no-update-lock-file - Enabled on homelab and workstation hosts (Darwin not supported) - Safety: only upgrades when flake is from a clean git tree (self ? rev) Closes #34 * refactor: inline auto-upgrade settings and add attic cache to workflow - Remove modules/auto-upgrade.nix module (option + config pattern) - Inline system.autoUpgrade settings directly in homelab and workstation host configs - Add attic cache substituter config to update-flake workflow - Add attic push step to cache nix store paths after flake update * refactor: convert auto-upgrade to flake-parts module Move system.autoUpgrade settings from inline host configs into a flake-parts module (modules/auto-upgrade.nix), following the same pattern as forgejo.nix and attic.nix. Comment out the flake.nixosConfigurations assignment to prevent it from being built, while keeping all configuration files intact for easy re-enablement.
