fix(homelab): fix alloy journal config syntax Replace non-existent discovery.journal with loki.relabel for journal log relabeling, and discovery.relabel with loki.relabel. Add missing commas in labels block. Promtail was EOL in 26.05. The migration incorrectly used discovery.journal (does not exist in Alloy) and discovery.relabel (wrong for journal log relabeling). loki.source.journal reads the journal directly; relabeling uses loki.relabel per official docs.
