Also now opens the observer (thank you Ollie!), allowing
you to see processes and memory usage within the beam.

The client now defines somewhat of a page, albeit with no content yet,
the server knows how to render that page so the SPA can immediately
hydrate off it!

The server is also currently the only child on the supervision tree, that
is for now, as we don't even have a state management process running in
the background.

There's alot to be done, but I think the places for
those things to be done in are now pretty neatly outlined.

Last time I tried using tangled CI it did not fare
well with gleaming, but I'm following some examples this time!
