fix(ui): ellipsis truncation, safe-area margins, stronger tab indicator - List rows and header titles now ellipsis-truncate (U+2026) instead of hard-clipping at the panel edge, so a cut label reads as cut (typography-small-displays §Truncation). Header titles are width-clamped to the band before the status cluster so a long host never touches the right edge. - Action-bar cells inset by the safe-area side margin so an edge verb (e.g. left OPEN VAULT) never touches the bezel / rounded-corner clip. - Tab indicator: a full-width subtle per-segment track + bright active pill, bumped to 4 px (>= 3:1 non-text visibility) with a gap above the list, so it reads as a 1-of-N pager rather than a 1 px title underline. Keeps the 180 ms slide; Gray 3-button path untouched.
