Tidy popup queue params, toast array, and wrap loop (S107/S5945/S924/S886) Introduce a ModalLabels struct so beginModal/beginChoice drop under the 7-parameter limit; update the popup_system callers and native tests. Replace the C-style ToastSlot array with std::array. Flatten the word-wrap fill loop to a single break and move the line-count loop's text-end check into an explicit guard.
