Extend RTC? diagnostics with VL/alarm/timer/clkout fields

test_bm8563_accessors.cpp
Extend RTC? diagnostics with VL/alarm/timer/clkout fields Append clock-integrity (VL), alarm arm/fired, countdown-timer enable, and CLKOUT configuration to the debug console RTC? snapshot. The existing ok=/date=/time= keys are unchanged so QA parsers keying on them are unaffected; the new key=value tokens are purely additive. Add two read accessors symmetric with the Task-3 writers so the console stays within the rtc:: facade instead of reaching into raw I2C: IRtc::readCountdownTimerRunning (TE, 0x0E bit7) and IRtc::readClockOut (0x0D FE+FD), their Bm8563 overrides, and rtc:: facade pass-throughs with no-op fallbacks. The register decode lives in pure header-only transforms (accessors::timerRunning / parseClockOut) with off-hardware unit coverage.
