Support [[note#section]], [[wiki/note#section]], [[wiki/]], and [[#section]]
patterns following Obsidian link conventions.
Support [[wiki/note]] links end-to-end and preserve them through import/export. Also keep the global slash shortcut from hijacking note editing.
